This is where we will commence your education on nutrition. You will be presented with an exclusive AP3 Nutrition Course workbook. The table of contents in the workbook (see below) would serve as a format and outline for the in-home portion of the course. After figuring out your specific target calorie intake, based on your fitness assessment and goals, we would then begin the pantry and refrigerator raid. I would then analyze your food selections, give you my honest opinions and make notes of what I feel you can swap and what you can keep. These notes will serve as our focal points during the grocery store tour.

Part 2 (Grocery Store Tour) 1-hour
This part can be scheduled immediately after Part 1 or at a later date and time. Here we would meet up at your local grocery store of choice and I would guide you around and show you what you should be shopping and looking out for. I will have with me my notes so I would already know what to focus on. Through advertisement awareness I'll show you how to differentiate a good product from a bad one. We'll read Nutrition Facts Labels together and compare items side by side so that you can make better judgments of your food selections. I'll show you what to opt for, what not to get and what things are just fine to keep. At the conclusion of this session you would have a better understanding of how to shop for success and how to put together a successful meal plan.
