Here, we aim to understand your current health and fitness status, challenges, and goals to see if our programs and services are a good fit for you. If you're interested in a consultation, we'll share our booking calendar for a more in-depth fitness discovery call. 2. Consultation

This free, no-obligation, fitness consultation is a great way to get to know each other and discuss your fitness goals and our training programs in more detail. We discuss your health, previous injuries, fitness history, desired goals, and timelines for achieving them. If after getting to know each other we both feel that working together would be mutually beneficial then we simply go over procedures and contracts and commit to your health and fitness.

3. Begin Training

At this point, we would have already discussed all the details of your training program. You would know exactly the days and times of our training. You would know what types of fitness apparel to wear. You would also know what types of training equipment to have available in your home if necessary. All details will be emailed to you, and you will receive an exclusive training binder with our fitness agreements and info.
