Our Fitness Coaching service takes on a different approach than the traditional in-person training. This consulting and mentoring type of coaching is where we prescribe you the same type of personalized custom workouts as we do with our in-home personal training, and then boost the accountability aspect of it to ensure progress. We meet online virtually once per week for our coaching call. These calls include a weekly progress report recap that includes metrics and KPI's to chart your progress, your upcoming week's fitness & nutrition forecast, and your wellness action steps for the week. Additionally, we check in with you daily after your workouts to ensure your training is running smoothly and to keep you highly accountable to your program. At the end of each month, you receive a custom report document showing you the data and analytics of your program. This is very empowering data as we tend to find high correlations between efforts and results and make any necessary adjustments that will serve your health and fitness better.
