Welcome to AP3 Personal Training. My name is Andy Padilla III and I am a family man first. I'm blessed to be married to Alma Padilla, who has given me the strength to pursue my dreams and positively impact the lives of others. We have two beautiful children, Stella and Andres, who bring us so much joy and meaning in life. I'm originally from San Diego, CA, and have been into sports and fitness since early in life. In high school, I decided to dedicate myself to endurance running and I have been with it ever since. I've won several accolades in the sport, but my most meaningful accomplishment came from becoming a Collegiate ALL-American in the Marathon with a time of 2 hours and 28 minutes. I hold a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the College of St. Scholastica, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Irvine, and several other fitness certifications listed above. I use science-backed exercises with my fitness programming but continue to be on the cutting edge of new research and innovative ways to engage clients best to continue achieving transformative breakthroughs.

AP3 Personal Training started as an in-home personal training business in Corona, CA in 2012. After becoming a trainer at my local gym, and seeing quick success with my clients early on, I decided to take a risk and go all in with fitness. It took a while to establish a steady clientele, but once I did I was in full force traveling from one home to another in rapid succession. Initially, our business model was to optimize our client's time by showing up at their homes to train. Some clients are very limited with their time so in-home personal training makes sense. While others, simply do not want to exercise in a gym and want to workout in the privacy of their own homes. Either way, in-home personal training has its value. However, as my business grew I continued to source out ways to bring more value to my clients. Over time, I have developed a highly effective fitness program that takes a holistic approach to health and fitness. I dive deep into topics such as mindset, fitness, nutrition, wellness, sleep health, therapeutic practices, identity, lifestyle development, shoe fitting & running gait analysis. 

As our business developed, we sought out ways for our clients to achieve the same results with our programs online as if we were right there with them in their living rooms. If you feel as though you are disciplined enough to follow a customized fitness training program on your own, but need the accountability of a professional coach, then our Online Fitness Coaching may be right for you. We check in with you daily after your workouts Monday through Friday to maintain high accountability and ensure your workouts operate smoothly. The benefit of being coached online is that you can train on your own time from anywhere. This flexibility is crucially important for executives who travel often and can't make regular appointments at a gym, but still need the accountability of a high-performance coach.   

Through personal training, fitness coaching, boot camps, and wellness seminars, my wife Alma and I have been dramatically changing lives here in Southern California since 2012.
