We cover macro-nutrition, micro-nutrition, hydration & electrolyte balances, nutrition label reading, meal prepping, and the psychology of nutrition on your emotions and energy. This course, along with our ongoing nutritional guidance, will empower you to feel and perform your best when it matters most.

 

WELLNESS matters. Wellness comes in many different forms and is dependent on each individual. Wellness activities or practices can be active or non-active. Some examples include meditation, walking around your neighborhood, rest, spa activities, cooking, painting, singing, reading, listening to music or a podcast, watching television, playing games, mindfulness, nutrition, social connectedness, learning new skills, or giving to others. The idea of being well is to be grounded and in tune with your body. When your daily stressors get out of hand giving yourself an outlet to take care of yourself is important not only to prevent burnout, but to improve confidence, self-esteem, and self-identity. This free, no-obligation, fitness consultation is a great way to get to know each other and discuss your fitness goals and our training programs in more detail. We discuss your health, previous injuries, fitness history, desired goals, and timelines for achieving them. If after getting to know each other we both feel that working together would be mutually beneficial then we simply go over procedures and contracts and commit to your health and fitness.

3. Begin Training

At this point, we would have already discussed all the details of your training program. You would know exactly the days and times of our training. You would know what types of fitness apparel to wear. You would also know what types of training equipment to have available in your home if necessary. All details will be emailed to you, and you will receive an exclusive training binder with our fitness agreements and info.
